Here it is.  I feel as though I'm the new kid in class that got transferred in the middle of the school year.  So, from the beginning I will just introduce myself and slide into a back desk and hide behind my Trapper Keeper until my face stops glowing red.  I'm just your regular Joe, or Jane I guess I should say.  Early 30's wife, mother, daughter, sister.  Middle class, suburbs, southern.  Went away to college but came back home to settle.  So, this is what you will NOT get from this blog-entries that you need a dictionary to understand or articles worthy of a Pulitzer or CNN.  What you WILL get is a sincerely honest look at life (cuz don't we all think that honesty is pretty refreshing these days even when it gets ugly?), thoughts sparked from music and books-two of my favorite things, quotes-lots of quotes-just because I love them, millions of questions and hopefully some good 'ol front porch swing discussion.   I will definitely share thoughts on the Christian faith and invite all questions and dialogue-how else do we learn?  Hopefully, we will laugh, agree, disagree, share joy and frustration, and just be in this whole thing of life together.  I look forward to meeting you!
